A FRENCH AND REGULATED COMPANY
The Regular account is the investment service offered by Regular Finance SAS (formerly Tech For Change), a French company created in 2019, whose head office is in Paris. The company's activity is regulated, it is registered as PSAN with the Financial Markets Authority.

HOW IT WORKS
The company places stablecoins in liquidity pools, and in exchange receives tokens as proof of these deposits. These tokens are digital yield assets, which provide interest paid continuously.
Revenue comes from exchange fees generated by these deposits and from token staking. Funds can be withdrawn at any time.

The platforms used to constitute these digital yield assets are for example Aerodrome Finance or Convex.

For the customer, simply make a simple transfer in euros to place an investment in your Regular account. You then become an asset owner, and you automatically receive interest every day. Details of the assets you hold can be viewed at any time in the application.

You can withdraw your funds at any time and without fees. The withdrawal amount is then returned to your bank account within a maximum of 3 working days.

CLIMATE PROTECTION
The Regular account not only allows a dynamic return, but it also contributes to reductions in CO2 emissions. A portion of the yield is dedicated to the purchase of KLIMA carbon credits from our partner KlimaDAO (https://www.klimadao.finance/).
For example, €10,000 invested reduces CO2 emissions by 5 tonnes/year.

HOW TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT?
- Download the app and create your profile in 3 minutes.
- Then confirm your identity with an identity document and a Kbis extract (companies) or proof of address (individuals).
Then, your account is opened within 24 hours. To fund it, simply transfer money from a bank account in your name and you will receive interest every day.

PRICE
The service does not include a paid subscription: the investment return paid to the client is net of service fees.
