Comunidade Leal is a community where you will have all of Thaísa's support and encouragement from other
women to lose weight, have a fit body, achieve their goals, do
exercise and lead a healthier life. All the support that sometimes you don't find inside the
your own home, you will have in the Loyal Community. Within the community you will still have trails of
follow-up, weekly food plan, monthly training program, recorded classes, training sessions
group mentoring, extra classes with guests, advantages club, space for exchanging
knowledge, thematic challenges, e-books, awards, library and support.
