We are a communication medium of the Autonomous University of Durango, founded in 1999 by the Rector Martin Gerardo Soriano Sariñana.
The project started with a radio station in the city of Durango XHUAD FM 94.1 MHz. With the name of Estéreo Lobo.
Later, in 2003, our first television channel was inaugurated in agreement with the Megacable system on channel 47 of Pay Television under the name of TV Lobo.
Said television project was consolidated in 2012 by obtaining our first open television channel on frequency 47, in this way we consolidated our presence on local television.
In this same year, two more stations were launched, XHLUAD FM 88.7 MHz. In the Lagunera Region and XHTLAN FM 106.7 MHz. In Mazatlán Sinaloa, thus we consolidated our first regional presence, these under the name of Lobos FM.
In 2018 we started broadcasting with 4 more stations, XHCUAD FM 93.7 MHz. In Culiacán Sinaloa, XHHIS FM 97.3 MHz. In Los Mochis Sinaloa, XHHMO FM 103.5 MHz. In Hermosillo Sonora and XHZTZ FM 95.5 MHz. In Zacatecas, Zacatecas.
Our philosophy has been and will be, the training of new radio and television talents for commercial stations in the central north of the Mexican Republic.
Lobos Fm and Tv Lobo are already part of creative and different concepts, impacting several regions of Mexico, we are already, THE BIGGEST UNIVERSITY RADIO AND TELEVISION CHAIN ​​IN MEXICO.
