The app enquires about symptoms, pain level and functional limitations. Employees with a work-related health concern are able to speak immediately with a qualified medical professional or schedule a virtual appointment. Functions include My Care, My Events and Messages. Coaching on exercises is based on clinically validated employee health pathways. The app protects personal confidentiality and is compliant with federal medical record security and privacy laws.
