The BillerBäcker family Ahlers-Kemper is family-owned in the fourth generation.
Our bakery with only one cafe has existed in the same place in Billerbeck, a small town in the Münsterland, since 1924.
Our baked goods all have a long dough resting time (24 hours - 72 hours) and are made with regional ingredients such as our rye flour, spelled flour and wheat flour whenever possible.
In addition to our specialties such as the BillerBäcker rolls, farmer's mares, tonnes or Domtürmchen,
there are over 30 different Christmas rolls and 5 different types of speculoos at Christmas time from October to December.
