solution for City of Ekurhuleni.
The primary objective of the Indigent Management capability is to deliver a National Free Basic Services
Framework, which seeks to address the issue of poverty through the provision of free basic services to
deserving households within the municipality. One of the key enablers to implement to the mentioned
framework successfully is technology.
