This process includes detecting non-conformance, performing root cause analysis, taking permanent actions and approving the solution process.

Within the scope of root cause analysis, methods such as Fishbone, 5N, Brain Storm and FMEA can be used. There is also a chat screen that facilitates immediate action for each non-compliance.
