The Peruvian Association of Real Estate Agents - ASPAI was created with the purpose of bringing together and integrating all real estate agents in Peru into a single force, one of its most important objectives being to promote their formalization and professionalism. Our Association convenes the most qualified real estate agents in the area, assuming the commitment to always keep them updated in this important work, which is becoming more and more important in the real estate industry in our country. Founded on August 29, 1997, this year it celebrates its 25 years of institutional life and hard work, always working with a sincere vocation of service for real estate agents in Peru. All ASPAI associates are governed by a strict Code of Ethics.
