Loan example:
The loan amount is 10,000 pesos, the loan term is 120 days (4 months), the annual interest rate is 18%/year (daily interest rate 0.05%/day), and there are no other additional charges. After 120 days, the user's total refund amount = principal + total interest. as follows:
Monthly interest: 10,000 MXN x 0.05% x 30 = 150 MXN
Monthly fee: MXN$10,000/4+MXN$150=MXN$2,650
Total interest expense: MXN$150x4=MXN$600
Total amortization: MXN$10,000 + MXN$600 = MXN$10,600
