Track Trades as Seller & Buyer | Sales and Purchase Reports | Defaulted Trades

This app is designed for merchants trading commodity products, such as raisins, through the Agriculture Processing Market Committee (APMC). It enables individual merchants to monitor all their transactions, whether acting as a seller or a buyer. Based on the trade period established by the APMC executive body, any transactions that fail to make payments within the set timeframe are flagged as defaulted trades in the app.

Defaulted trades help the APMC executive body make informed decisions and take appropriate actions against defaulting traders.

Seller Dashboard
The Seller Dashboard allows traders, merchants, or sellers to view all their transactions in various states, including Paid, Unpaid, Cheque Received, and Partially Paid. Sellers can also access their complete trade history through this dashboard.

Buyer Dashboard
The Buyer Dashboard enables traders, merchants, or buyers who have purchased commodities through APMC to track their transactions. They can view trades in different states, such as Paid, Unpaid, Cheque Issued, and Partially Paid, and access all historical trades as well.

Sales and Purchase Report
This feature allows both sellers and buyers to review trades conducted on specific auction dates, providing a clear view of their sales and purchases.
