MERS(Miscellaneous E-Receipts System) is an Indian Railways official android mobile app to enhance working of Indian Railways for Collection of Miscellaneous E-Receipts digitally.

This app allows Railway customers to pay their E-receipts digitally to zonal railways.

Who can use the MERS application?
The service is only available to Railway Customers who are willing to pay their miscellaneous E-receipts digitally to zonal railways.

Prerequisites to avail the MERS app service:
Presently, MERS app is available in Android version only.
The Smartphone should have good internet connectivity.

User Registration for availing the above services can be done through the website (https://mers.indianrailways.gov.in).

Payment of Approved Transactions:
The Railway customers can make payment for their approved e-receipt transactions through various payment modes provided by the SBI payment gateway.

Download Receipts:
The Railway customers can download the receipts of the payment completed by them.
