Criteria is a dedicated mobile application designed to manage and simplify food-related inspections for restaurants, vehicles, and similar establishments. It supports two main workflows: Location Flow and Vehicle Flow. In Location Flow, clients can request services, upload signed contracts, complete payments, and track the entire process—from inspection scheduling to submitting corrective actions and receiving final certificates—all through the app. The Vehicle Flow follows the exact same structure, with the key difference being that once payment is made, the inspection is automatically split into two linked child inspections under a parent. Both child inspections follow the same steps as location-based ones, and the final result and certificate are issued at the parent level.
To enhance the experience, the app includes an integrated customer service flow that provides real-time assistance through in-app chat, contact forms, and ticket submissions. Clients receive automatic notifications for key milestones such as payment confirmation, supervisor assignment, and result delivery. If support is needed—whether for uploading documents, tracking progress, or submitting corrective actions—the team is readily available to help. Clients can also rate inspections, request revisions, or escalate issues, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and user-friendly process from the first request to final certification.
