In the group and with professional guidance we do not train individual muscles, do not lift heavy weights but use our body and handy training equipment for a varied functional training. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, get stronger or just want to improve your fitness, with us you will always find the right training. So get out of the studio and into nature! In our Get Fit, CrossRun, Functional Workout, Grazathlon / Spartan Race, TRX, Mama Outdoor Fit and Yoga sessions, you train with your Personal Coach individually, naturally and healthy at different training spots in your city. We do not train in stuffy gyms, but in the most beautiful fitness center in the world - nature!
