Wing Nian Store was founded in Yuen Long, Hong Kong in 1962. It is popular among fans with its unique signature curry sauce and Hong Kong cart noodles.
It has expanded to 8 branches, including Yuen Long, Tin Shui Wai, Tuen Mun, Tsim Sha Tsui, Causeway Bay, Olympic, Kwun Tong and Jordan flagship stores, and will be stationed in various districts of Hong Kong in the future.
Grandpa Liu opened a hawker stall in the small community of Ping Shan in 1962, selling porridge, oil dishes and steamed rice rolls. He moved to Yuen Long in the early 1980s and officially took root in the current address of the Yuen Long headquarters. In 1988, he officially sold cart noodles and devoted himself to developing the taste to create the "Wing Nian Cart Noodles" that customers love. ?
