Lets Talk aims to provide counseling to as many individuals especially young people in need of counseling for several categories.

-Talk to counselors willing to help you out
- You could talk with counselors from different locations.
-all you need is your phone and internet.

Counselors see all users posts by category and send responses to the users.
Users can get responses from several counselors for each post made,
and can see all responses in one place.
Users decide on which counselor to go ahead with a private conversation with, from the responses.

The Counselors Flow:
• Counselors account are created by the admin (from the backend)- counselors do not need to follow the sign up process.
• Counselors sign in with the email and password used to create accounts.
• Counselors can change password by following the forgot password procedure.
• Counselors cannot make posts in categories, but can read all users posts from each category.
• Counselors can send responses to any post from different categories (It is better to send one response per post; that is put all you want to send as a response in one message).
• Counselors can also see other counselor’s response in posts they responded to.
• Only post authors can delete posts and messages
• Counselors get notified when a user sends them a private conversation based on their responses.
• Counselors name shows on each response made, and visible to the user in private conversations.
• Counselors can continue with the conversation by checking the chats page, and clicking on the conversation items.
• Conversations on the chats list are identified by the category and conversation id


The users Flow:
• Users create account by signing up – users can write posts in different categories, and read only their own posts in each category.
• users cannot send responses to posts from categories but can read all responses from counselors who responded to that post –
• Only users can start private conversations which whatever counselor they choose from the response list for each post.
• Only post authors can delete posts and messages.
• Users get notified when a new response is sent by a counselor and when a message is sent by a counselor.
• Users name does not show when the make posts or start private conversations
• Conversations on the chats list are identified by the counselor’s name, category and conversation id
