EKRUTES HR is a special application for HR to help & make it easier for HR to monitor the recruitment process such as:

1. Create a job
This feature allows HR to create and publish vacancies
for talents/candidates wherever and whenever.

2. Manage applicants
With this feature, HR can easily find out the amount
applicants on vacancies, and can see profiles & basic test score results
applicants on special talent recruitment applications. even this feature HR
allows to perform actions such as passing/accepting participants,
reject participants, and invite participants to do an interview test
as well as test sessions.

3. Invitation
In this feature, HR can monitor all scheduled interviews
already made with applicants

4. Notifications
This feature allows HR to know when there are applicants who
apply to the HR vacancy.
