Subscriptions to this app are available only to licensed therapists, and the app can only be used by patients who are in couples therapy and invited by their therapist to use it.

The question-and-answer function uses AI technology to respond to questions related to therapy and relationship issues. It provides sample thread prompts and a message area to start a new thread. Threads are saved for ongoing conversations. Users have the option to share these threads with their partner and/or their therapist.
The check-in feature provides a prompt for users to assess their general feelings and feelings about their relationship. Users are also prompted to provide additional context or details for their feelings. Personalized responses will be generated based on user inputs, utilizing AI integration. Users may choose whether to share check-in exchanges with their partner and/or their therapist.
The assignments function allows users to receive, view, and manage assignments given by their therapists within the CTA app. Users can mark assignments as complete or incomplete based on their progress.
The resources section allows users to upload, view, and manage files and documents provided by their therapist.
The emergency contacts page allows patient users to quickly access and call emergency contacts, including their therapist, directly from within the CTA app. This feature ensures that users can reach out for immediate help in critical situations.
The therapist notes section is for therapists only and allows therapists to create and manage notes for each patient. The therapist’s notes on both individuals in a couple will be connected to both individuals in a couple and will only be available to the therapist, who will be able to add, edit, and delete notes.
