The N1-MOH-DE App connects people with migraine to their clinicians through a mobile app (patient) and a web-based dashboard (clinician). It requires you to log information about your headache, other migraine symptoms, and all medication you have taken each day. This is the minimum requirement for the medication overuse system to function properly.
There are a variety of optional and custom factors (mood, weather, diet, etc.) that you may opt to track on a daily basis to see how they may influence your risk of attack. If you do this for a minimum of 90 days, your results are processed, analyzed, and delivered as a set of three maps: Trigger Map®, Protector Map® and No Association Map.
Your headache/migraine data, medications use, and the maps are incorporated within a Personal Analytical Report that you may print out as a PDF and share with your healthcare provider.
