The flashlight app is simple to use, it has many useful features beside it's a free app. It has a beautiful design, you can use blinking option and set the speed of blinking as you wish. You can turn on or turn on off the blinking flash simply. You can also use the dark ratio or light ratio as your need the time of lightness or darkness.
