An Application that connects Parents to access Learning materials from St. Catherine Junior School Ssonde.
The System covers features as outlined below.
- Ability for teachers to login and upload Lesson notes to learners.
- Teachers can upload exercises per topic and Tests.
Examining learners can be done as either uploaded assignments inform of documents or a Live Session of Exam/Test (Applicable to Objective Type Questions since the system instantly marks the Learner, however a teacher is required to review answers of the learners for guidance to provide that Teacher-Child relationship).
- The learning resources to be uploaded can be inform of Audio, Video clips(These should be short enough) and documents inform of pdf.
- Realtime parent to teacher Chat on Educational related topics.
- Ability for parents to login and access learning resources of Learners.
- Parents should make feedback to respective class subject teachers on progress done by their children. This can be done by parents uploading the work (Basically lesson outcomes) done by learners, Uploading offline tests and assignments done by learners, etc. In response, the respective subject teacher should review all the work done by each child in that class, make follow up and profile the progress on the child. With this, a teacher can know the weakness of the child in a virtual classroom.
