The use is very simple, once you have decided which task you want to achieve:

1. start your first Popomo, a concentration timer!
During this time, focus solely on your task!

2. When the timer is complete, take a short break to recharge yourself. It doesn't matter if you have completed your task or not, you will have time in the next Popomo timer!

3. The concentration session consists of several Popomo to be completed. Once all the timers in a session have finished, there will be a longer break.

You can also customize any timer, so that Popomo adapts to your every need!
