The official application of the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo allows users to easily and quickly send messages to municipal councilors from the various committees. Alerts, cases or various inquiries can be submitted by messaging and sending photos.
Users register in the application to be able to send messages to municipal councillors. To start communication between a user and a municipal councilor, the user sets a discussion topic.
All minutes of the meetings of the Municipal Council of the municipality of Veliko Tarnovo are available for review in the appendix.

Registered users can view:
- a list of all municipal councilors in the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo, grouped by committees;
- a list of minutes from the meetings of the Municipal Council.
