Hello newbies! For those of you who are a little confused, uh, this is a really bad dream. And you have to escape. If you want some help, pick up some companions. In either event, abandon all hope.

Gameplay-wise, Dantes Escape is all about escaping from a really bad dream and battling monsters along the way. Because it is a dream, anything can happen. Like, you hit a monster with your sword and the floor swallows him up. Excellent! There are 57 different monsters, zombies, and scary looking creatures scattered across nine levels of Hell.

If you happen to get really hurt, you simply start the scene again, with all of your special skills and companions.
