The LITA (Lifestyle Intervention Telerehabilitation) application is a cardiac telerehabilitation application developed to assist heart patients in carrying out rehabilitation programs at home while being monitored by the health team at the hospital. This application provides 5 main menus, namely physical activity, nutrition management, stress management, lifestyle modification, and medication adherence. Guidelines for implementing cardiac rehabilitation in this application are in the form of writing, posters and videos that are easy to understand and acceptable to patients. The use of this application is expected to increase patient independence and also make it easier for patients to carry out cardiac rehabilitation at home.

Based on the LITA application, the first is physical activity where there are instructions for physical activity in the form of posters and videos that contain how to do walking activities for heart patients, how to measure pulse, and what sports are suitable for people with heart disease. Second, nutritional management, there are dietary guidelines for coronary heart disease patients in written and poster form. Third, stress management contains knowledge about stress and ways to deal with stress in the form of writing, posters and videos. Fourth, lifestyle modification contains instructions for a healthy lifestyle such as smoking cessation guidelines, getting to know cigarettes, the effects of smoking, preparation for quitting smoking and the steps in the form of posters and videos. Fifth, namely adherence to taking medication which contains instructions for adherence to taking medication.
