The Password Manager application let's you save all your data in a secure database inside your device. All the data in the database is encrypted. Also this means that you will not need an internet connection in order to create a new entry, since it's already saved in your device.
To make it even more secure you can add a master password and enable the safe login feature. So every time you open the app you will need to enter your master password.
