The Service App is designed to channelize service calls from clients to the Company’s Technical and Service Department to minimize response time .. Advantage of APP will be
1. As we provide services more than 250 cities, service calls/response time/efficiency/solutions provided etc will be monitored at a single source.
2 With the above information and proper Man management, Service quality and efficiency will improve by cutting response time to solve the problem.
3. SRSPL will have MIS data of service levels/technicians/solutions provided, to improve efficiency in future by obtaining Customer/product/service related information.
