- Romane: Specialist in aquagym, swimming and pilates reformer, Romane helps her clients achieve their weight loss and muscle gain goals through individual and group classes.
- Xavier: Physical trainer for endurance sports such as triathlons and marathons, Xavier brings his expertise in pilates and bodybuilding for balanced and complete training.
- Alexandra: Yoga and stretching instructor, Alexandra integrates muscle strengthening and Zumba for overall well-being of body and mind.
- Eliott: Focused on physical preparation and muscle mass gain, Eliott offers courses adapted for beginners in bodybuilding and personalized programs for weight loss.

Facilities and Services
Our 100 m² private room, located in the Pays Malouin region, is a haven of peace equipped with the latest generation machines, a sauna, showers, a kitchenette, and private parking. A coaching studio with Reformer Pilates awaits you for personalized sessions in an exclusive environment.

David Montois Coaching welcomes you in several cities for your comfort and accessibility: Saint-Malo, Dinard, Saint-Briac, Saint-Lunaire, St Cast le Guildo, Dinan, Dol, Combourg and Quimper. We are open 7 days a week, from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., including public holidays, to fit your schedule perfectly, whether you are a morning person or a night person.
