Gym Buddy allows you to manage your workouts and keep track of your progress:
- create as many workouts as you like,
- add up to 9 exercises within a workout, including parameters such as number of sets, tempo, breaks and targeted muscle groups,
- copy exercises from other workouts for more convenience,
- import sessions from other exercises,
- bundle exercises into super sets,
- let the app get you through a workout and receive notifications when your break is finished and the app is in background or add sessions manually,
- store your workouts in a file, share workouts with your friends.
Gym Buddy is created by gym enthusiasts for gym enthusiasts. Its main purpose is to make your workout tracking as convenient and easy as possible.
