BDM – Physics Education (Class 11 & 12)

The Business Development Manager – Physics plays a key role in expanding and promoting the Physics education programs for students of Class 11 and 12 (CBSE, ISC, WBCHSE, JEE, NEET). This role combines deep subject expertise in Physics with strong communication and business skills to connect with schools, coaching centers, and students.

The BDM works to create awareness about advanced Physics learning programs, builds partnerships with educational institutions, and supports students in achieving academic excellence and competitive exam success.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote Physics courses for Class 11 & 12, including NEET & JEE-focused programs.

Collaborate with teachers and academic teams to develop effective Physics learning modules.

Conduct workshops, demos, and orientation sessions for students and parents.

Identify potential schools, tuition centers, and online learning platforms for collaboration.

Guide students on how to strengthen conceptual understanding and problem-solving in Physics.

Achieve enrollment and growth targets through strategic marketing and relationship-building.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong foundation in Physics (up to JEE/NEET level).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Passionate about education and student success.

Prior experience in academic counseling or edtech business development is an advantage.
