Introducing the app’s key features
• Secure access to your information – Multi-factor authentication ensures your personal details are protected.
• View existing cases and add new cases – View up-to-date information on your case(s) any time, including:
o Case status (e.g. paid, unpaid & upcoming payments)
o Total amount outstanding
o Payment arrangement information
• Add case function – Lets you add additional cases to your account and search for historical cases, helping you manage multiple cases at once. It helps you take control of your outstanding balances.
• Quick access functions throughout the app
o Pay Now – this tab directs you to the secure payment portal. You can make a card payment, use Apple Pay / Google Pay, or use Open Banking. In this tab you can also make a deposit payment and set up a Payment Plan Agreement, once you fill the details in, we will provide you with a full breakdown of payment dates and prices before you accept. Keeping you in control and informed throughout the whole process.
o Call us Now – this tab puts you through to our Collections Team. You can reserve your place in the queue or use our ‘Call Back function’ and we’ll get in contact with you as soon as an operator is available.
o Account – this tab lets you keep us up to date with any changes to your personal details. You can also choose your preferred contact method in case we need to contact you about your case. Choose from SMS or email updates.
o Messages – this tab allows you to send us a message at any time of the day or night. Our dedicated Correspondence Team will answer your query quickly. You can also attach pictures and files to your messages.
o Request Payment Plan – this tab helps you set up a payment plan that is right for you without needing to speak with us.
• Vulnerability & Welfare – We understand that everyone’s circumstances are different. If you cannot pay today, we can help you set up an alternative payment plan for a future date. If you require additional support you can speak to a member of our Vulnerability & Welfare Team.
