Sahay is a location intelligent mobile app for registering, tracking and feedback of citizen's grievances. The District administration, Dhubri created the app for the fast-track complaint reception and redressal to ensure quality governance. The app lets you lodge complaints online. The App is linked to the e-District portal of Assam Government, where grievances/suggestions can also be registered through the Web. A fast and user-friendly interface has been provided for registering and tracking of grievance through mobile phones. Each Grievance will be provided a unique Reference number. The citizen can use this reference number to track the progress of grievances & also for giving feedback after disposal. After successful registration, the reference will be automatically forwarded to the concerned officer for necessary redressal.
