Realty Journal is a revolutionary App for Real Estate Agents, which intelligently classifies WhatsApp text messages and transforms them into a local searchable Database on your phone.

The App imports and processes a WhatsApp Chat Export File, which may contain hundreds of your Group chat messages. The messages are filtered for Duplicates, Categorized, Labeled and Grouped by Message-Sender, before being saved in a database on your phone.

Now, all messages can be intuitively filtered by category fields e.g. Sale /Lease, Land /Apartment / Villa /Shop / Office, No. of Bedrooms and Size.

In addition, Instant Search (Search as you Type) feature can be used to search for Locality, Project Name, Landmarks. These Search Keywords can also be saved, for reusability in future searches.

Regardless of the number of WhatsApp Groups the same message is posted in repeatedly, the De-duplication filtering allows one Journal entry.


Typically, Realtors save notes in a Note-taking App on their phones or in a Spreadsheet on their PC or even in in a paper Diary. However, when it comes to matching Property Availability or Client Requirements, all Realtors again face the problem of lack of advanced search capability in their Note-taking App and Spreadsheets. Another major shortcoming of WhatsApp is that old messages cannot be deleted by Date. The App provides a simple interface to delete Old Entries by date.
