The Agent Application, developed by the Civil Defense of the State of Amazonas, is a technological tool aimed at managing emergencies and protecting communities. It allows the registration and monitoring of families, speeding up responses to disasters and risk situations, with the aim of making actions less bureaucratic and more efficient.

The app integrates with the Civil Protection and Defense System (Sispdec) and offers features that facilitate planning, data collection and communication between Civil Defense agents, promoting greater ease in collecting and managing data collection from communities.
