Defora is a VoE(Voice of Employees) platform drawing out open and honest communication and participation.

How do we use it?

✦ Our patented AAID technology protects anonymity fully so people can participate without worrying about any disadvantages.
✦ Opinions will be transparently delivered to and evaluated by company managers and peers without risks of manipulation.
✦ Activities can be shared to other platforms to easily invite more people's participation.
✦ Give reward points for contribution to encourage participation.
✦ (Soon) The points can be distributed with configurable rules and be used as part of company perk program.

How secure if anonymity?

✦ Using AAID, even us the service provider are not able to link who said what.
✦ A new AAID is issued for each activity, so tracking identities between activities is preempted.
✦ Choose between anonymity and real-name depending on your needs.

How do you prevent misusage of anonymity though?

✦ 'Voice' is an opportunity to contribute to activities. Voices are distributed in equal and limited numbers to participants to foster efficient discussion space. Voice can be delegated to other members.
✦ Inappropriate opinions can be muted or reported.
✦ Admins can delete reported contents based on community rules
✦ Edit/delete histories of all contents are transparently available for trust
