TicketApp allows the maintenance worker to know in real time the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance tasks assigned to him.
The tickets are ordered chronologically and their priority is highlighted with a different color:
- Red: High
- Orange: Medium
- Light blue: Low
Each ticket is accompanied by detailed information that can be viewed by pressing a specific button.
Each ticket is geolocalized and the user can trace the route to take to reach the destination
The operations allowed to the user are the following:
- Start of work
- Pausing a job
- Transfer of work to other maintainers
- Completion of the work and compilation of the report
- Choice of ticket descriptive entries based on its type
- Insertion of handwritten signature
- Insertion of the signer's name
