Convention Plus - Delta Test.

GMDSS or GMDSS is an international system using modern terrestrial, satellite and ship radio communication systems, developed by members of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and represents a significant improvement in emergency communications. All ships covered by the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea must fully comply with the requirements of the GMDSS.

In terms of qualifications, personnel servicing and ensuring the operation of GMDSS equipment must, in accordance with Article 47 of the radio regulations, have the following diplomas:

- GMDSS Limited Area Operator Diploma
- Diploma of GMDSS operator
- Diploma in radio electronics, first class
- Diploma in radio electronics II class
