Sports Club offers many different workout types (BBG, HIIT, high intensity, beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc.) each of which displays the intensity level of the workout.
To reduce the risk of injury and promote optimal training, the workouts contain stretching and warm up movements.
Our exercise library contains more than 140 exercises and will continue to grow! High quality videos and animations help you execute the proper movements for each exercise. Every exercise contains a muscle group image which explains which muscles are used while performing the exercise.
Sports Club also contains advanced training and workout plans which guide you through the process of becoming a stronger version of yourself.
