Novapy Merch App is an application intended for employees of the Novapy company carrying out missions in the field. Internally, our company schedules and organizes tours for our field agents. Their routes are pre-filled in order to reduce their number of kilometers and reduce their carbon footprint.
Thanks to the Novapy Merch App, field employees can manage their missions on a daily basis. After declaring their start of the day and their location, they can complete the list of assigned tasks.
Location sharing takes place in the background when the application is active and the day has started. The tasks consist of going to a physical point of sale (store), doing a shelving, taking photos and videos of their achievements, then declaring the task as completed.
The application also allows you to report your daily expenses to the company.
The data collected makes it possible to optimize travel times with the aim of limiting the number of kilometers traveled. Location data is sent based on the user's speed and can therefore vary from 1 minute to 1 hour.
When agents intervene on a mission, they can also take photos and associate them with their report or use them to justify their expense reports.
