Neon Pinball is a great pinball game for Android, it has a neon style and a very realistic pinball physics.

So it goes:
- Press to start somewhere
- Then tap either somewhere around the same time to use all pinball or go into the settings and select Independent Flippers then you can tap left or right to control the flippers
