The application of the Siom Clinic was designed to satisfy both the organizational needs of the office's Secretariat and to provide the patients of the Clinic with a tool to constantly monitor the many aspects of the relationship with the Clinic itself.

THE SECRETARIAT
The app allows the secretariat to jointly manage the flow of information necessary for the acceptance of patients upon arrival at the practice.
An organized flow allows:
- registering the details of a new patient or updating those of a historic one;
- the patient's compilation/update of his/her medical history sheet;
- the patient completing the sleep quality control test.
Furthermore, through the app, the Secretariat presents to the patient the schedule of interventions agreed with the specialist of the clinic and the related estimate with the subscription function with graphometric signature.

THE PATIENT
By scanning a personalized QR code provided by the Polyclinic Secretariat, the app allows the patient to automatically authenticate and have access to the different thematic areas provided to monitor their situation.
The thematic areas are:
-Registry: the personal and contact data available to the clinic are reported;
- Agenda: appointments are listed specifying the day, time and reason for the visit. A feature of the app allows the patient to add appointments to their calendar;
- Treatment plans: this area contains the list of estimates, indicates the amount, when it was approved, the state of progress and in detail which services have been performed and which still need to be completed;
- Invoices: the patient has the list of all the balance or advance invoices issued by the clinic with the possibility of viewing the PDF of the document.
- X-rays: the app allows you to view in detail the x-rays taken in the office;
- Accounting: this area allows the patient to monitor their accounting situation in terms of debit or credit movements and general balance.
