1. Ice Cube
Compressants will be very helpful when collisions and internal injuries occur. As a first aid kit for head bumps or other areas of the body, compressing ice cubes is the best and most effective way to minimize inflammation and swelling. To deal with internal injuries, put ice on the bruise.
Compress for 15 minutes, which is about 15 minutes and do it every hour for several days at the beginning of the wound. Ice cubes are easy and inexpensive ingredients that are obviously effective in making deep cuts or bruises heal faster without swelling and inflammation.
2. Warm water
After entering the second day, you can apply a warm compress to the deep wound area. Inflammation will be reduced after getting treatment from the previous ice cube compress, so you can continue treatment using warm water compresses. The trick is very easy, namely by preparing a towel that has been dipped in warm water.
Attach the towel to the area affected by the collision and suffered internal injuries for 15 minutes or more repeatedly. A good compress is only warm rather than hot so that blood flow increases to the tissues and makes the healing process much faster. It is better to do warm compress after the ice cube.
3. Paracetamol or Ibuprofen
To treat internal injuries that occur as a result of a collision, you should also take and consume ibuprofen or paracetamol if available. This pain reliever will reduce the potential for swelling and inflammation to be more severe. It's just better not to take aspirin and choose one of these ibuprofen or paracetamol.
The anti-inflammatory properties in both drugs will help you reduce pain and inflammation levels. Meanwhile, aspirin is not the right medicine for deep wounds because of its effect which can thin the blood. This will make the bruise worse.

4. Leeches
If you are looking for a natural remedy for bruising, leeches are also the right medicine for your internal wounds. Some of us may be unusual and think that leeches are quite terrible because they are capable of sucking blood. But that is precisely the benefit of using a leech where it will suck your wounds; this method can be tried if you dare.
Look for a holistic drugstore because usually the leech is sold alive. If you decide to use a leech, please put it on a bruise or a deep wound as a result of a collision. The leech will be in the upper layer of the wound and suck blood; during this process it will not hurt thanks to the ingredients in the leech saliva makes you numb.
