Techport Application
The techport Application is a free application serving IT users, specifically those seeking technical support and those providing technical support services.
• It only works on Android mobile systems.
• The application is free and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store under the name: technicalsupport.
• After downloading the application, you can choose the language of the application, either Arabic or English.
• Then, create a new user using your email address as a username and some work-related information. This information must be accurate, as the data entered will be used to carry out operations within the application.
• The application's beneficiaries are all IT users. There are two categories within the application: the first is a technical support requester and the second is a technical supporter.
• For technical support requesters, they can enter a description of the problem and only one image of it. Any user can comment or chat about the problem.
• Technical support users can review problems in the work area they previously entered when subscribing to the application and can click the "Resolve Problem" button if the problem is incomplete. If the status is complete, a message will appear. If the status is incomplete or pending, a message will appear. They can take the initiative to address the issue and close the case if they are able to do so.
• Technical Support users can extract reports in Acrobat Reader (PDF) format about their achievements.
• Field documentation with images of all technical support work.
