You can avail yourself of loans at minimum interest rates for amounts starting from ₹25,000 and for tenures ranging between six months and 2 years.

With a Loan against mutual funds, you offer your Mutual Fund units as collateral for the loan. Your Mutual Funds will continue to earn returns.

Loan Against Securities

1. Example - Balloon Payment
-Principal Amount => ₹1,00,000
-Annual Interest Rate(APR) = 10%
-Tenure => 12 Months
-Pay only Interest for 12months = ₹833.33 x 12 = 10000. (The principal amount needs to be repaid at the end of the loan tenure)
-Processing Fee = ₹1000 + GST
-Stamp Duty = ₹20 + GST
-Total Loan Repayment Amount = ₹110000 (Principal and Interest)
-Total Cost of Loan = Interest Amount + Processing Fees + Stamp Duty = ₹10000 + ₹1000 + ₹20 = ₹11020 (Excluding GST)

For the loan against securities with a balloon payment, the borrower pays only the interest amount of ₹10000 for 12 months, and repays the principal amount of ₹1,00,000 at the end of the 12-month tenure, with a total loan repayment amount of ₹1,10,000 and a total cost of loan of ₹11,020 (excluding GST).

-Principal Amount => ₹1,00,000
-Annual Interest Rate(APR) = 10%
-Tenure => 12 Months
-EMI => Principal + Interest = ₹8791.59.
-Processing Fee = ₹1000 + GST
-Stamp Duty = ₹20 + GST
-Total Loan Repayment Amount = ₹105499 (Principal and Interest)
-Total Cost of Loan = Interest Amount + Processing Fees + Stamp Duty = ₹5499 + ₹1000 + ₹20 = ₹6519 (Excluding GST)

For the loan against securities with EMI payment, the borrower repays the loan in equal monthly installments of ₹8,791.59 for 12 months, with a total loan repayment amount of ₹1,05,499 and a total cost of loan of ₹6,519 (excluding GST), including processing fees and stamp duty.
