As a customer, you download the app, raise a pickup request by specifying time, date, services and coupon if any there with you. Upon receiving the pickup request, customer facing team accepts the request, and driver is assigned for pickup.

Rider gets the notification about the new pickup assigned, he will come to your door step for pickup. You can track the navigation of the driver while he is coming to your place for pickup. You can check the driver pickup, arrival time, rating etc.

Driver collects all the garments, drop them at store /factory. Once the factory team clean the garments, update in the system which eventually notifies both you and driver.

Driver drop the garments at your location, and you can pay online by verifying the delivery. Later on you can review/rate the whole experience through the app.
