History MANAV VIKASH ULGULAN SOCIETY has a very respectable image in public for its social work and welfare. This society is working with great drive and zeal to serve the people particularly in the field of health & education. MANAV VIKASH ULGULAN SOCIETY translated the first aim of Society into reality in 1997 by establishment of RKV Vidyalay at Bogadar, Giridih. Mr. Kamaldev Singh leads the front to translate the dream of Society into reality by establishment of RKV COLLEGE OF EDUCATION (B.ED.) COLLEGE - the first institution for higher education in Bagodar to conduct the B.Ed. course in recognition with NCTE and affiliated by Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribag, Jharkand. Moreover, this college is to express the gratitute of Society and people to the dedication of Society Members who worked through the life for betterment of people & society.
