Additional support software (Android application) to the existing Dianel Dox software system for management and task management of service technicians. The application allows to customize the assignment of individual tasks to a corresponding employee/service technician. After a site visit to a specific object by the service technician and successful completion of the activities described in his assigned task, the application requires the service technician to associate a set of images of the individual components of the serviced system, categorized by modules of the system. After associating all the required images to the respective modules, the service technician can complete the task, which sends all the images and information about the completed task to the centralized server. All data from completed assignments is then reviewed and analyzed through the centralized web-based Dianel Dox system.
