We're incredibly excited to announce the launch of the first version of Young Talent, the app designed to connect young talent with the job opportunities they deserve and companies with the most promising staff. We've worked to offer you an intuitive and functional tool from day one.

New Features and Highlights in Version 1.0:
1. Refreshed Authentication Experience:
We've completely optimized and strengthened the login and logout process.
• Seamless Registration and Login: Now, registering and logging in is easier than ever, whether with your email and password or directly with your Google account.
• Email Verification: For your security, we've implemented a robust email verification system upon registration, ensuring your account is always protected.
• Simplified Password Reset: If you forget your password, the recovery process is now faster and more secure.
• Smart Role Management: The app now automatically recognizes and redirects you to the section corresponding to your role (Young Person or Company) after logging in, without confusion.

2. Improved Profile Management:
We've enriched the profile sections so you can present or find information more clearly.
• Complete Profiles for Young Persons: Young people can create and edit a detailed profile with first name, last name, ID number, date of birth, address, phone number, skills, occupations, education, languages, and highlights.
• Essential Profiles for Companies: Companies can manage their basic information such as name, RUC/DNI, email, and phone number.
• Controlled Contact Privacy: Young people's sensitive contact information (phone number and email) is only shared with a company after the young person explicitly accepts an application.

3. Smart Job Search and Applications:
Finding the right talent is now more efficient for companies.
• Advanced Search: Companies can search for young people by skills, occupations, and education level, streamlining the selection process.
• Application Management: Companies can send job applications to young people directly from the app. Young people, in turn, can view and manage their received applications (accept or reject), viewing the company's contact details if they accept.

4. Integrated Evaluation Form:
Your opinion matters to us! We've added a new way for you to share your feedback.
• Rate the App: You can now access an online evaluation form directly from your profile to share your feedback and help us continue to improve.

5. Optimized Performance and Stability:
We've made significant under-the-hood improvements to make your experience smoother.
• Faster List Loading: We've optimized the way profile lists and applications load and update, resulting in faster navigation and a smoother experience.
• Cleaner and Safer Code: Numerous warnings and code optimizations have been fixed, resulting in a more stable and secure application with improved data handling.
