Hygroscopic Balance is the dynamic relationship between the ambient air and the vapor pressure of the grain or seed which is equal ratio of water to transfer, in vapor form, from the grain to the environment or vice versa.
This application aims to measure relationship is by checking if the current air is beneficial or harmful to the quality of stored grain.
By indicating the seed or grain stored and inform the ambient temperature and relative humidity in this application, you can calculate the hygroscopic balance and based on this data calculated to make the decision if the current weather conditions are beneficial or harmful to seed quality or grain in question.
Below are the grains currently available for the current version of the hygroscopic balance calculation Application:
Peanuts in shell
Long Grain Rice
Barley
Canola
Rye
Oatmeal
Sunflower
Corn
Corn on the Cob
Corn Popcorn
Soy
Sorghum
Wheat
