This application launches a bubble that allows you to dial and call quickly, the bubble floats over other applications, you can move and locate it anywhere on the screen.
Just set a number to call (you can import it from your contacts) and thats it, call just with a DOUBLE TAP in the bubble.
You can edit the size and transparency.
The service persist running even if the app is closed.
