Block Scoring Card (BSC) - PT Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero)

Is an application used by Field Observer Assistant at PTPN 5, the application helps the Assistant to perform score calculation from the assessment of many indicators of an oil palm plantation block, starting from the Principal, Path, Block, and Data categories, to obtain an assessment score against the block which was observed.

This application supports the assessment of blocks with different principal phases, each assessment indicator will automatically adjust to the main phases of the block to be observed, then the application will make calculations of the assessment indicators related to the block phase.

• Multi login garden and afdeling, i.e. the application can be used by many Field Assistants from different gardens and afdeling.
• Export Data, backing up all data stored in a file.
• Automatically adjusts the assessment indicators based on the selected principal phase.
• Automatically calculates the rating score based on the selected principal phase.
• Prevents users from filling out ratings on different days when the first observation is made on a block

Some features of the published BSC application are intentionally disabled because they are only used by PTPN 5 Internal, such as the upload data feature.
